About Our Speaker

Joy Will, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources, accounting, and office management roles. Currently serving as the Director of Business Operations at Alaskan Brewing Company, Joy is a key member of the leadership team and oversees all aspects of HR and Payroll. With previous experience as the Human Resources Director at Catholic Community Service, Inc, and Human Resources Manager at Alaskan Brewing Company, Joy has a strong background in HR policies, compliance, and employee development. Joy also has accounting experience from their time at various organizations such as the City of La Mesa, Safdie Rabines Architects, and SeaWorld San Diego. Joy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Pacific Lutheran University.
