Jen Blair, Advanced Cicerone
Your malt is meeting spec and your CoAs look great. Now it’s time to communicate with brewers about how they can incorporate your craft malt into their beer. No longer seen as simply a sugar delivery vehicle for fermentation, malt can contribute traditional and nontraditional flavors to beer. Learn how to use malt sensory as a tool in the beer recipe development toolbox to help customers target their beer style profiles and incorporate your craft malts into holistic recipe development.
