This webinar will be a primer on United States federal food safety law as it applies to craft maltsters, focusing on the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) and its Preventive Controls for Human Food Rule (PCR). Andrew Marchev of the Center for Agriculture and Food Systems at the Vermont Law and Graduate School joins us to review the PCR components, food facility registration requirements, and some of the most common exemptions.
